Okay. Here goes.
I am making 3 silencers for my Mk23 pistol and I need advice if you've got it.
1. Taking a 14mm AEG silencer and giving it a home-made 16mm adapter
2. Making a short silencer out of pvc pipe with a 16mm adapter
3. Taking the silencer that came with the gun (which has a barrel extension that messes up the bb's flight) and transforming it into just a silencer.
My strategy ?
- For the pvc one i will simply use a pvc stopper piece and just drill a hole for a 16mm nut. Attach the 16mm nut to the pvc. Easy. - For the AEG silencer: Use 16 mm nuts for the threading. But how to attach the nut to the silencer is the problem. - Silencer that came with the gun: How to remove the barrel piece from within the silencer ?
I just dont know how to attach the nut to the AEG silencer. any suggestions ? (for reference, the AEG silencer thread piece has been damaged and removed).

No one. And I mean NO ONE sells 16 mm nuts with a fine thread. NO ONE!!!!!
So, basically my only option is to take the connector piece off the silencer that came with the gun and put it on the CA AEG silencer. Prob will use JB Weld. Only thing is, the silencer is metal and the piece is plastic. hmmmm....

For the nuts, I'd try 5 Points Hardware. If he doesn't sell it, you don't need it. He even has sleds!
