the 72 hour lock up might be a juvenile thing. Lawyers don't work on the weekend and if things happen friday/night you probably wont get one until Monday. Just a thought but I'm sure. Sounds a lot worse than I thought though. I figured they would suspend him and get his fokes involved but not the police. He was probably escorted out off school grounds. I don't know him that well but he didn't give me the impression of a trouble maker, just a quit kid and seemed happy and a little mature for his age. Police assistance seems a little unnecessary. I hope he can return to his school. All in all, if he is like me and has to learn the hard way, its better for him to run into the law now while he's under 18. Of course thats assuming he learns his lesion.
Oak Mountain doesnt full around with shit like that. Im pretty sure any drugs or alchohol is automatic 72 hour lockup. The school has a horrible reputation for stuff like that so they really crack down on it. So, oh well.

God flannigan, your supposed to come to school jacked up, not go to school and then get jacked up. Oh well, hell know next time. 72 hour thing is true most likely, although they will probly let him off early, he will most definately be in alternative school for about 6 weeks next year, and it will make him learn. Its a bad thing, but its life. I just hope he is still allowed to play airsoft with us. I mean hey I just got my car taken away for a week because the cops thought me and josh were racing. I guess when i barked the tire going into second that ruined my arguement. But I wasnt racing.
