siege?

so i have been thinking about a possible siege scenario that we could do...
if anyone here plays any video games with the game type of siege in it...you know the regular fight for the center and whoever gets it has to hold it for a certain amount of time.
but if the other team eliminates the enemy..they then have control of the center (or base it doesnt matter) and then they have to hold it
its hard to figure about time signatures and stuff...seeing as a video game holds the time on its own while the teams battle it out. although in real life..that wont happen...
it sounds fun...but...theres some flaws to it...like how would each team know how long they have had it..compared to the other team?
i know we could just figure that out with stop watchs but i know that one team would forget and then they would lose the game...
i dont know...i just thought i would throw it around and see if anyone else wanted to throw in some ideas....
now criticize if you want....i just wanted to see how it would work..i guess you could call it a BETA?

Great idea hey! we could put a lock box of treasure out in the woods. We could say its enriched uranium. Terrorist VS Counter-Terrorist. Swap after a game and reverse roles. To be honest though we should develop more of the north side of the field. That whole hill side is under utilized. WE might even want to make a dependable ditch at the far north eastern point and another respawn point at mid north field to mix things up.

GREAT idea sounds fun and to solve the time issue.. now get this.... a chess clock it has 2 stop watches in it and 2 buttons to start stop each one .If one team gets in it first they hit their color button it starts that teams time. The next team takes it over from killing the other team when that team enters the room/pile of shit they in turn hit their button to stop the other teams clock and start their own.The 2 teams go back and forth until said time is reached.Let me know what you think of this idea.

yes..yes we shall..
i mean..it would be a great game type..but... you have to think..there arent many people that will go balls to the wall and just charge into the area and try to take everyone out rambo style
so....im afraid that once one team gets it..im afraid that the other team (attacking team, at that point of the game) wont truly attack..i just think that they may sit back and shoot but try not to get hit...
but thats there fault..but i really just want it to be challenging..thats all

See Id let the other team take it cuz id want to go balls to the wall. Also the safe BB grenades I'm working on will handle a room of people no problem they are about the size of a film canister (small little things with about 75 .12G BBs in them so yeah and by Grenade rules ANYONE in a I think 15 foot radius is dead if the get hit or not its a kill zone.So all in all it will clear a room/bunker

Grenade rules at weaver are if it lands within a 3 foot radius you are killed, or if the you are hit with schrapnel or powder from said grenade no matter how far away you are killed.
