It came with my new gun, but I only use 8.4v. Anybody want this one ?
It's a 9.6v 1100mah small type battery. $15.

DO NOT HOOKUP A 9.6v battery TO IT OR IT WILL BREAK, TRUST ME YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT!
I dont mean to mess up your sell ben but i dont want him to finally get a good gun and screw it up. Rugia get a 8.4v small battery.

You will strip the gears in the gun running a 9.6 in a stock gun.

You will strip the gears in the gun running a 9.6 in a stock gun. I use a 9.6v in my stock ca, no problems Use a 9.6 in my TM, no problem with the gears. I think you just run through the gears faster as they start degrading from the first round that goes through it, the guns fires faster, ie, you strip the gears faster. Now, this is not an original observation, I got the info from Dino of TFAT who has been around the block. When I first started playing, he gave me the best advice ever about upgrading. His suggestion: for fisrt upgrade: Spring 9,6v batt Run it until it breaks, upgrade parts as they wear out. Just my 2 cents, the damned things(aeg's) most likely, are gonna break eventually. That being said, look at poor moose22. He ran into a piston problem, then a gear problem on a new gun. The Stock G3 I have been running with a 9.6v 4200 mah has been running for over a year, the only upgrade being a tightbore. My TM and CA m4 went down ON THE SAME DAY WITHIN 10 MINUTES OF EACH OTHER. Sad, very sad. Dead motor(CA) Dead gears(TM) M

Well we had a kid that put a 9.6 in a brand new tm mp5k and stripped the gears in it in 3 days. So all he did was talk about how shitty TM guns were and played with a spring Thompson. We have seen it happen a couple of times, thats why ben doesnt use it in his gun. Not to say that it will for sure, but better safe than sorry like november said. Then again you could be my brother and just look at a brand new gun funny and it would break, he has such bad luck. But for rugia, now that he has a good gun, we dont want to do anything to shorten its life span.

ahhh, my evil glare that kills guns... Ben has a G&G L85 so he cant use anything larger than an 8.4v. G&G flaw. I however dont recommend 9.6v in any stock gun, just my opinon. Then again as alex said, as soon as i look at the gun wrong it breaks so i just have crappy luck.
