during the past spring i bought a three part battery in preparation to operation iron justice but the connections between the wires and cell groups broke from just handling it. I know I should have rapped it up but I know that now. So, what can I do? will soldering damage the cell or can I glue it? Anyone had any experience with this sort of thing?
looks kind of like this except its actually a triangular circuit ........break (CELL) ^ _(CELL)_(CELL)_ |____________________|
thanks,

should be no problem to solder it.
We will also have a vendor Airsoft Revolution, on site.

some battery pack builders solder, but the good ones will weld them if you want. like the guys at www.cheapbatterypacks.com trust me, they build the best quality battery packs possible. and will build them to order. I use deans connectors on all my AEG's, and remove the fuse as well to lessen the resistance on the electrical system. so when I order a batt from them, I just select what configuration(nun-chuck, crane, stick, double stick...), size wire(all of the wire they use is high silicone low oxygen), type of connector, and of course the type and number of cells. check it out here at custom packs they don't charge extra for strange pack configuration either, same cost if its a stick, crane, or even a custom config where you send in a diagram. I sent one in and got exactly what I asked for, a 1400mah 9.6 in the stock forgrip of a TM sig552. they do charge for the "upgrade", $.75 per cell to use some "bar" and will weld where posible. deans or tamyia, 14ga or 24 same price, cost of cell. these guys are great, and I would highly recommend them for everyone, even R/C enthusiasts. never ever buy from an airsoft dealer again !!!!!! airsoft shops have these guys build inferior packs with crap cells and wire so that the airsoft shop can resell for a large profit. so get your batterys from the source. they use the freshest and latest cells. like the 4500mah elite, yea, 4500 mah, I use the 3600 mah elite in both of my AEGs, have shot off, more than 10,000 rounds from the saw in one day on one charge. 2 weeks after Ill wind, my CQB was still ready to fire on the 3.5 dozen Lite beer bottles mattO and I shot up.

When you say "wrap" what do you mean? There's some danger in wrapping certain cells in electrical tape, for instance...

Electrical Tape doesn't seem to allow heat to bleed off, so the batteries can melt. It's bad. There is very specific stuff that battery packs are supposed to be "wrapped" with. However, if you bring the battery with you, and get to the site a bit early; we should be able to fix it.

will do! Let me be more specific. I only wrapped the ends to keep the wires still but Im guessing that is no good either. the connections from cell groups to the wire leads are flimsy and have broken off due to bending from picking it up . Im using a 9.6v crane style battery and I'm going to have to finish modding out my buttstock before i arrive. What should i bring to help?

I tried using a soldering gun but it wont do anything in 5 seconds. Assuming that what i've read is correct and i'm not doing something wrong, the gun i'm using is insufficient. what do i need to get the connectors soldered? i've already spent $35 on the 9.6 3600 battery and it fell apart from gentle handling. What should I do? Is their a service that pro repairs bats?
word of advice. don't purchase batteries from batteryspace.com.

Not sure if there's a pro bat repair place. but this is a good chance for you to use your Google-fu. Remember, targetted, specific searches and get more general each time, till you find what you need.
Good Luck.
