Hey guys,
I was pondering what could bring the players together. Reunite the airsoft Community you could say.
I came up with an Airsoft Convention. All of us from all over just hang out share stories, meet and greet, Buy, Sell, Trade Etc. NO, "You didnt get me" or "I hit you" arguements cause theres no game. This way people get to know other players for them and not the angry man trying to punch you out cause you shot more than once.
In My Opinion (which holds little water with some *Dont Care*) the reason people stopped coming or started quiting was all the BS that arose at alot of games.
Another Pro is all the people on all the forums whos have something to sell could be there. Its alot easier to sell something in front of you then in a picture. and I know That the trading was mad at OIJF so I dont think that would be a problem. We need to Reunite as a community before the sport dies out. If we can do this, and all goes well who knows where well be in the Future.
Come up with some Ideas on the following to Help me out if you want.
*Where should it be held?
*Should we charge a door fee? (Pay the Rental for space if needed or Donate to SEA or other Event such as raffle or Vendors)
*Should we try to get vendors?
*When Should it be?
This is my Proposal. Whos Willing to participate?
Any Questions Comments or Concerns

The easiest way to do it is somewhat unofficially. Instead of trying to really super organize it, just say "Hey, we're all gonna get together on this weekend and camp at this campground." It means people get to camp, meet each other, and they only have to pay for their campsite. I'd suggest doing it in the spring or fall, and outside of Hurricane/Tornado seasons. Which doesn't leave you huge windows of opportunity, I know- but there you go.
An idea like this might not work any other way due to the lack of a game. However, who is to say it'd work the way I'm suggesting?
