I am selling a teammates m249para for him, not mine so settle down.
it is for the most part a stock AEG, it has a worn out m120 in it, and a fairly new CA high speed motor, it has been modified to use deans conectors, and comes with an 8.4v large batt. it comes with the wooden crate pictured, a 3-point sling (or 2 point if you like) and the ability to lay an enormous amount of fire power onto a position.
the gearbox is the standard star poly GB, still going strong, it has had an m120 in it for year now, without any issues, other than the anti-reversal latch wearing out (why I have it, part ordered and on the way for me to install) for those of you who don't know, the gearbox features a quick spring change function, it takes all of 60 seconds to change it out. all the parts I have had to replace in mine have been replaced with standard version II parts.
this AEG served Jammer very well until he took out a second mortgage on his house to buy a CA m249, so nothing wrong with this gun. like all AEGs using a box/drum mag you are going to have jams but this design is very nice, (I have yet to get a jam in the bb pick up area of the mag) it has a direct feed system. this means that there is a second switch located above the trigger assembly dedicated to the magazine feeding. so where a CA m249 mag or most any other drum-box you will have a pressure pad for winding the mag, this one winds when you pull the trigger. with this design there is no spring in the mag to wear out. the Box-Mag will hold a 9.6v4500mah SC cell pack, and aprox. 2800 rds.
my star m249 has been brutally abused over and over again. with my team only carrying mid caps I am expected to go through some BBs, and I do. at nearly every game I shoot 6-10 thousand rounds through mine, easily. GB still in one piece. I use crossman .2's in mine for cost reasons.
this has been a very good AEG, I have had a couple problems with mine but this one is all still stock. $400
GB out of AEG, this is why the screws are missing on the side of receiver in this pic
