We just finished up a campaign based around actions taken in Sierra Leone and adjacent areas. You can see a trailer for it at www.tfat.netWe run campaigns as several weekends worth of games that center around a common backstory. Events that occur week to week alter the storyline. And although it sounds a bit "dicey" its more mini-op than it is RP. I am trying to coordinate a series of mini-ops that span several areas at once. The idea being that the outcome, say on your field, will greatly affect the outcome on ours and vice versa. That way you get some of the "political" aspects of modern operations. That is pretty cool. I have a buddy that runs OPFOR for the National Guard and ROTC at Jacksonville State University, and I have been talking to him about the scenarios they use, sounds very similar
